As many of you already know, the current community website has gone private. Therefore, the HOA has decided to utilize Wentworth in developing the official website for our community. Many of the other Wentworth communities utilize Wentworth for their websites. They have a "team" devoted to handling all the various aspects of having a #1 website for their respective communities.

Right now the website is in the construction stages. It will have everything the former website had plus more. The community calendar will include flyers, events, meetings, you name it! It will be your way of knowing what Regency has to offer on a daily or monthly basis.

If you are in charge of a Club, Committee or an Activity, just forward that information to Gail or Lifestyle Director and she will see that the information gets posted to the new site. Gail will be posting her flyers and your information exclusively to this NEW website.

The site will be password protected and secure. The reason is that your personal information, information about your home, information about your account and it's balance, will be found on this site and it will be for your eyes only.

You want to fill out a work order, or fill out an architectural modification form, the NEW website will be the place to go. You want to contact the Community Manager, just fill out the information and click SUBMIT.

You will find the minutes to Board meetings, the current Budget for the Community, Rules & Regulations, Latest Update for our Telephone Directory, you will find it here on our NEW website. Information regarding our Community Channel will be found on the site as well.

We will be adding the following over the next few months:
1. Committee Reports
2. Club Reports and Information
3. Community Photos
4. Notices

Let us know what you might want added and we will see what we can do. Remember, this is YOUR website and we want it to be as helpful to you as possible.

RECEIVING EMAILS

In order to ensure that you will be receiving my emails without any problems, please make sure you do the following:

Add my 'from address' (RPOST@MONMOUTH.COM) to your address book.

IntelliContact, the company I use to send out emails, has informed me that some ISP's like AOL have made some changes which will adversely affect your receiving certain types of emails.

By the way, thanks for your continued kind words about my emailing. Some of you think that I use a Voice recognition program to change spoken words into type. At one time when I was working I did use Dragon Speaking but it never really worked that good. So when you see me just look at my fingertips. They are all calloused. Currently, I have 431 residents on the email system and about another 50 still have to give me their new email addresses since the changeover from AB.

THE LATEST REVISION OF OUR TELEPHONE DIRECTORY IS NOW ON MY BLOG IN EXCEL FORMAT WITH A PASSWORD FOR PROTECTING THE DATA FROM BEING SEEN BY THE PUBLIC. REMEMBER, THE PASSWORD IS (LOWER CASE) AND IT WILL BE IN READ ONLY FORMAT SO THAT'S WHAT YOU MUST CLICK ON. THERE ARE TWO LISTS - ONE IS SORTED BY NAME AND THE OTHER BY STREET AND ADDRESS. THE STREET AND ADDRESS FILE ISN'T SORTED CORRECTLY BUT I NOW KNOW HOW TO DO IT AND MY NEXT REVISION WILL BE CORRECT.
