A MESSAGE FROM KIEVE KORTMANSKY REGARDING DSL

Ken D'Andrea, Verizon's Director of Sales and Marketing for New Jersey has spoken with Kieve and has indicated that they will increase the capacity of DSL into our community. A listing of all streets was given to Mr. D'Andrea by Kieve to ascertain whether every street can be served. They will attempt to provide DSL service to any resident that wants it. You can call 800-567-6789

Kieve will continue working on the DSL problem. From various sources and with his contacting Verizon, Regency residents can also call 1-609-890-9328. It's the telephone number of Ms. Marjorie Jones. Please note that Ms Jones is a VERIZON REPRESENTATIVE even though the recorded message might sound as if she isn't. If you just get a recording leave the following message as well as your name and telephone number. Just state that you are from Regency at Monroe and as per our HOA Board representative, Kieve Kortmansky, you are looking to have DSL installed at your home. So far she is accepting new customers but it's anyone's guess when she might say that she (Verizon) has reached total capacity.

Kieve also wants to remind everyone that an alternative to Comcast internet service is a dial-up service. There are many to choose from and it's your decision if you want to go to dialup. It is less expensive but much slower. Some services include, Verizon, AOL, Earthlink.

This has been a very difficult problem for Kieve to handle. It came unexpectedly and naturally it upset many Regency residents when they tried to get DSL service and were told that they couldn't. I could only tell you one thing - Kieve has spent DAYS, not even hours working on resolving the problem. Today alone, Kieve and I must have spoken 10 times. He would call and tell me what to send out and then call again to say "hold the press, new developments". Then call and change things once again. Finally, at 7PM tonight Kieve said, "it looks good that we might be getting DSL for Regency so it's time to send out an email". Imagine, he does all this and he doesn't even get paid. He could work for me any time. All kidding aside, I wish to thank Kieve on behalf of the Regency community, for all the time and effort he has spent in trying to take a bad situation and turn it something positive for all of us.

THE MALTZMAN'S SAY THANK YOU

While Greta was in one hospital Al Maltzman was in another. The four of us were in awe about our Regency Community. The Maltman's extend a BIG, BIG and BIG thank you for the caring, the kindness, and the cards and well wishes that you have extended to Al.

I told Al that when it's time to shoot baskets for the Basketball Senior Olympics, he'd better be in shape or else!

There have been times when Stella can't find Al, so I brought over this huge magnet. She just has to point it in all directions in her house and Al will come flying to her. Al is beginning to watch the BIONIC MAN reruns in order to see all of his new capabilities.

Al, we all love you and wish you a speedy recovery.

GRETA POST (WHO'S THIS) IS HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL

The e-mailer has allowed me the opportunity to steal some computer time to let you all know that I am back home after my lengthy hospital stay. I cannot express deeply enough how you have all helped me to get through this difficult time. You have allowed me to feel so loved and cared about. Whenever I have had some health issues in the past, you never let me down with your expressions of kindness. I am so lucky that this time you have all extended your good wishes once again. I am sorry to report that I have not had a definitive answer as to why I continually am ill, but we will continue to see the doctors as suggested in hopes of an answer. I was ecstatic when I was told that I could go home to my Regency family. I missed being here so much.

I am so fortunate to be living here, to have my Regency family as well as the most loving family and friends one can ask for. One huge thank you to you all for all you have done and said. For many years, my family has had to put up with all of my ailments. They are constantly there for me and I love them so very much. I must admit to you all that the e-mailer has always been by my side holding me up through it all. He has taken the vows of "in sickness and in health" very seriously and I love him for that and for all things that he represents to me. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart and soul. I love you all very much!!!!!!
Greta

SMOKE AND FIRE DETECTORS

I think there might be some confusion within Regency regarding our smoke and fire detectors. I was told that we weren't being monitored centrally. The answer is some of us are. I will be sending you some information that Toll Brothers asked Westminster to call me about. I spoke to a representative and specifically my home, which I thought I had a fire and smoke detector that can be monitored centrally, does have it. There was no extra charge in monitoring my detectors since I use Westminster for my Burglar alarm monitoring. It seems that when we bought our home, we upgraded the alarm system to include a fire and smoke detector that can be monitored centrally. Westminster is sending me some information about it and all that is needed for central monitoring, is a type of detector that can be linked to a central office.

We discussed other central monitoring services and besides smoke, fire, burglar, they monitor, water (in case our water heaters break), Carbon Monoxide, etc. Frankly speaking, I'm interested in the water heater monitor because we had one in our other home that water came out of and fortunately we were home at the time.

Please note that I am not a salesperson for Westminster so if you need this extra monitoring, they do provide this service or you can go to whichever company that you might find that would give you a better deal. I would assume that if my alarms are set for outside monitoring then any company can do what Westminster is doing in monitoring alarms centrally.

I just received her letter so here is what she stated:

Mr. Post,

As a follow up to our phone conversation this afternoon I am highlighting, at your request, the items and issues we discussed with respect to Westminster Security for clarification.

Westminster Security is capable of providing monitoring services for much more then just the basic security features. When buyers in your community go through their option selection process they are offered a basic security system at no charge contingent upon signing up for monitoring with Westminster. Additionally, they have the option to purchase upgrades to their system (just as you did during your option selection process) which could include smoke detectors and other environmetal sensors to be monitored.

As I am sure you can understand, I am not at liberty to discuss levels of coverage in other Subscriber's homes but if any Subscriber has any questions regarding their system and coverage they are more then welcome to contact our office at 800-957-2522 or via email at westminstersecurity@tollbrothersinc.com I can also be contacted directly at the number below and we can review with them what their current level of monitoring includes.

As I pointed out earlier, it is important to note that the smoke detectors installed in homes per code and building requirements are not the same smoke detectors that would be programmed into your security system. These are additional detectors that are meant to supplement the existing smoke detectors.

If a buyer did not originally opt to upgrade to a higher package that included smoke detectors they could still have these installed now and tied into their security system with relative ease. This would not increase the monthly fee from Westminster however there would be a cost from JM for the hardware and the installation to upgrade the system. I've attached a document that outlines some of the other features that Westminster can monitor. Should a Subscriber wish to upgrade to any one of these services they can contact JM Resources directly at 610-992-9300 to inquire about that pricing on the hardware and installation.

In the meantime, I will have a representative from JM contact you regarding your interest in adding the carbon monoxide and water sensors to your current fire/burglar alarm system. I hope this has helped, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or anyone here at Westminster Security.

Thank you.

LETTER FROM CCMT PARTICIPANTS (TAX APPEAL)

March 9,2007

Subject: CCMT Meeting on 3/15 at Regency and Renaissance

A lot of CCMT participants will be away from Regency and/or Renaissance on 3/15 for a number of reasons, and will not be able to attend the Appraisal & Appeal meeting. We have received a number of e-mails and telephone calls registering their concerns and requesting more information.

We will make every effort to get information to you as soon as we receive it, but certainly, immediately after the meeting. Frankly, there are some details that we do not have yet. Our law firm is working with the appraisal firm to determine exactly what would be required from those who wish to participate. We do know there will be an appraisal fee and a filing fee. The law firm has agreed to perform their work on a contingency basis. We do not know the exact details of their billing at this time. There will be some type of form that must be signed to guarantee payment of the legal fees in the event of a successful appeal.

All paperwork for filing this appeal must be submitted by the law firm by 4/2/07. That is a statutory date. Any filings after that date will be rejected.
The actual appraisal work can be accomplished after the filing date. But, participants will have to make the decision, whether to participate or not, within the next week, and pay the required appraisal and filing fees. We believe the other paperwork can be handled via numerous expeditious methods.
One of the most important reasons for attending the meeting will be the information that is verbally disseminated by the presenters during the question and answer periods.

Remember, this action is completely separate from the law suit. As a member of the CCMT, you will be covered by the resolution of the law suit no matter how you decide to handle this appraisal & appeal information provided at these sessions. Again, you do not have to participate in this appraisal & appeal action to maintain your participation in the lawsuit. We cannot provide you with any guarantees related to the outcome to this action but if we didn?t believe there was a real opportunity to realize savings now we would not be meeting on the 15th.

Respectfully,

The Steering Committee
