This crazy idea of mine has really caught on. It has even expanded to residents living in Encore. Who knows, maybe you will find someone living in Encore that you went to school with. If you haven't sent me your High School, please send me a note.
Now this is funny. Graduating from Erasmus in 1961 was Howard Schwartz. Graduating from Erasmus in 1962 was Howard Schwartz. No I'm not typing the same thing twice but as we all know, we have two Howard Schwartz's living in Regency and they both graduated from Erasmus - one year apart. I could just hear the teachers saying, "Oh no, Howard Schwartz is back in my class again!" If you see Howard Schwartz you can now differentiate them by saying, "Hello 1961" or "Hello 1962"

A NOTE FROM ART COOPER IF YOU PAY YOUR MAINTENANCE FEE'S USING THE HOA COUPON BOOK
I received my new HOA coupon book yesterday just like most other residents. I use online banking to pay the bill automatically each month and in changing the amount I just happened to notice the late date on the new coupon. In 2006 my automatic payment was on the 11th of each month. The old late date was the 30th of each month. The new late date for 2007 is the 10th of each month. The cover letter doesn’t indicate there was a change to this date; nothing was mentioned at the budget meeting that the late date would be changed.
This change needs to be brought to the attention of the residents. Many people might miss this little change that could cost them money in the end.
