THE BRONX CLUB WANTS YOUR MEMORIES

This is your chance for fame and recognition, folks. I know you all have great stories to tell about growing up in the Bronx. They needn't be long or elaborate, just a memory that stands out in your mind as representative of your experiences in our wonderful borough. We're much more imaginative and literate than those Brooklyn folks, so, please, NO LISTS.

I'm going to edit the stories to make them a cohesive article for the Regency Reporter on a monthly basis, so I'd prefer that you email me whatever you write. My email address is ask8@verizon.net. If by some chance you're not technologically inclined, drop your piece (typewritten please) in my mailbox at 84 Riviera Drive.

I'm looking forward to reading what you all have to tell.

Alene Kristal
(Emailer's Note: I can't wait to read some of these imaginative and literate stories. Woops! I'm from Brooklyn so I might need somebody to read the stories to me. Just joking!)

A MESSAGE FROM ETHEL SHUSTER

Dear Friends,
"Thank you" is so inadequate a word to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the overwhelming outpouring of concern and thoughtfulness over my recent accident.

Ted and I are truly blessed to have met and made so many wonderful
friends in Regency, and to be a member of the Regency extended family.

It is very comforting to know that in time of need, our friends in
Regency were there to help. Once again, a million thanks to all. Your kindness and generosity will not be forgotten.

Love,
Ethel & Ted
